  • Welcome!

Hi and welcome to my blog page. I'm a full-time Wedding Photographer specialising in both Indian and Western Weddings. I absolutely love my job and love photographing unique, quirky weddings right to the fun filled colourful weddings that go on for days.

My approach is a more candid style and I love capturing those special un-posed moments throughout the day.

Please take a look around my blog and dont hesitate to contact me.

Michelle and Jai had a small traditional South Indian Wedding Ceremony at the beautiful Sri Venkateshwara Temple in Helensburgh a few weeks ago. I love photographing South Indian weddings as its always beautifully decorated and filled with many rituals. The marriage ceremonies begin with vratham performed separately by the bride and the groom. You will also notice the change of clothes (sari) for the bride half way through the ceremony. Everything from the plantain trees to colourful decorations to the fun games of finding the rings in the bucket of water, which makes South Indian Weddings so much fun to photograph.

Thank you once again Michelle and Jai for letting me photograph your beautiful ceremony. Wish you both all the best in the future.

Josh - Love all the incredible weddings you shoot. These images are great Sidd.

Carly approached me a few months ago with an idea of doing a zombie shoot with another model. I was super excited to get back into doing more model shoots and off course couldn’t say no. We planned for a few weeks and got the perfect location in mind. Carly even drove 3 hours for this photoshoot (now that’s dedication). Unfortunately the other model who was the makeup artist as well was really sick on the day. With limited props and no makeup we still decided to have some fun and give it a try.

We used mud as makeup and did what we could with one bandage roll. I think they still turned out great!! Looking forward to re-doing this shoot.

Also a big thanks to my assistant Joanne for helping me that day.

Camera: Canon 5dm2
Strobist Info: Paul C Buff Einstein in a large Octabox and Canon 430exii speedlite.

Part 1 can be found here.

Part 2 contains the location shots and reception:

The heavy rains just before the ceremony left the grass all soggy and muddy, but this didn’t dampen the atmosphere from the bridal party. They were ready to rock and roll and have some fun!! Fun we had right from the location shoot till end of the night. With hilarious speeches and funny photo-booth pics, this was truly an awesome wedding.
