We knew how popular Sidd was and were concerned that we would not be able to get him for our Engagement Party. When we contacted Sidd to ask him about his availability he told us that he was shooting an event for most of the day and a few hours of the evening, but not to worry because he would ensure his assistant photographer, Aalok, would do just as impressive a job for a few hours before Sidd joined in. We were not disappointed. Both Aalok and Sidd were incredible in capturing the most natural shots of us, even though we are both very camera shy! We came across Sidd Rishi through his website.. Sidds style of photography was just what we were looking for. We contacted Sidd and he promptly responded to arrange a catch up to show us more of his portfolio and discuss what we were interested in. In our initial meeting Sidd was very helpful, we discussed diffent photo shoot ideas and he gave us some great ideas for the day. There was no pressure to spend an excessive amount of money which when it comes time to planning a wedding is very refreshing.

“When we were searching for a wedding photographer we were looking for someone who took candid shots whilst still capturing all those special moments. Sidd understood our brief immediately and was extremely pleasant to work with from the very initial contact.
Sidd took all the worry out of briefing someone about a Sikh wedding – he knew about all the key moments that had to be captured whilst still taking natural candid images.
No matter how organised we were, the schedule of an Indian wedding can sometimes change, but Sidd was extremely flexible and understanding, which is what you need when you’re in the midst of your own wedding. He went above and beyond his call of duty and his calming personality made us be at ease and a lot more comfortable with being photographed… This is very handy, especially when you’re camera shy!
