  • Welcome!

Hi and welcome to my blog page. I'm a full-time Wedding Photographer specialising in both Indian and Western Weddings. I absolutely love my job and love photographing unique, quirky weddings right to the fun filled colourful weddings that go on for days.

My approach is a more candid style and I love capturing those special un-posed moments throughout the day.

Please take a look around my blog and dont hesitate to contact me.

One on the most common emails I get from my clients is whether I can send them a few photos of different types of cakes to get inspiration as well as other items such as table decorations, flowers etc. Rather than seeing a whole wedding blog post, they would like to see a post dedicated to just individual items. So here it is, a whole post on just Cakes for you all. Then over the next few weeks I will make new posts on other items also.

Here is a list of some awesome wedding cake makers (I will keep adding to this list over time as well as keep adding new images):

Monish & Shanel both live in London and with the help of family and friends organised a beautiful wedding back home here in Australia (Brisbane & Canberra). I also got the privilege of doing part of their location shoot in London after the wedding events so be sure to keep an eye out for those photos.

Its always exciting photographing Haldi functions and this was no exception!! If your unaware this function is celebrated before the actual wedding day. Haldi which is turmeric, is applied to both the bride and groom by relatives and friends to remove any nervousness and also to exfoliate the skin (more for brides so they looks absolutely beautiful on the wedding day). But sometimes friends and family can go a bit crazy when they apply haldi which is perfect for photos : )

Some highlights from both the haldi functions can be seen below.

Shweta & Kartik had their pre-wedding photoshoot during Sydney Vivid Light Show which made an amazing backdrop for their photos. It was bucketing down rain half way through the photoshoot but we still kept on going. Being a little paranoid with my lighting gear I pushed it to its limits that day. For all you photographers out there, don’t be scared to get your camera a little soaked (well for those who atleast have pro bodies) but do be aware of your strobes and battery packs getting wet, as it might cause some serious damage.

I must admit that the rain in fact added that special extra to the images. Walking around with these two lovely couple just made the photoshoot just super awesome.

Some highlights from the photoshoot can be seen below:
